WESTON JENNIFER ANN (nee Jermy) Passed away peacefully at home on November 12th, 2021, aged 72 years. Dearly loved wife to Trevor, mum to Simon and Jonathan, dear mother-in-law to Gina and Natasha. Much loved nan to Summer, Brogan, Elise, Kynan, Macey, Riley, Harlow and Junior. Will be sadly missed not only by her loving family but also her many friends. Life's work well done x x x. Funeral service at St Faith's Crematorium on Monday, November 29th at 10.15 a.m. Family flowers only.
