Geordie Shore star Sophie Kasaei lost a stone in just seven days at the No.1 Boot Camp in King's Lynn. Here we take a look at all the other celebrities who have beat the bulge at Norfolk's celeb retreat.
1. Sophie Kasaei
The Geordie Shore star was forced to swap quavers for quinoa when she enrolled on the course prompted by online trolls who told her she 'looked like a whale'. She had put on 21lbs after binging on junk food filming Series 13 of the hit MTV Show. Sophie said: 'I love filming Geordie Shore but it totally wrecks your diet. It is party central for almost two months and there is no time to go to the gym.'
The 5ft 1' former hairdresser from South Shields lost 14lbs in just a week going from 10st 9lbs to 9st 9lbs on a fitness routine devised by ex-military trainers with a 6am wake up call. She said: ' I could not believe the difference - I felt so firm all over.'
2. Stevi Richie
Simon Cowell's X Factor BFF Stevi Richie also lost 14lbs after heading to the Norfolk camp in summer 2015 ahead of his appearance on the 16th series of Celebrity Big Brother.
He had fiancé Chloe Jasmine to lean on during the his time at the bootcamp, who also managed to lose seven pounds.
3. Vicky Pattison
A three day spell at the camp last summer saw the fiery brunette lose 7lbs in just three days. She arrived weighing 10st and after just 72 hours left 9st 7lbs. Her day began at 6.30am with a run to the beach and back followed by boxercise and circuit training throughout the morning.
But the I'm A Celebrity winner was left saying 'oh rats,' when she lost a toenail and needed bandages after pushing herself too hard.
4. Darren Day
West End star Darren Day went from dreamcoat to dreamboat when he lost 9lbs through the rigorous workout regime. He said 'They work you hard - it's tougher than you can ever imagine, but the results are worth the effort.'
His dramatic weight loss proved a hit with the ladies on series 17 of Celebrity Big Brother including Kasaei's cousin and fellow Geordie Shore cast member Marnie Simpson.
5. Chantelle Houghton
The CBB winner and former Paris Hilton impersonator swapped Preston for press-ups when she lost 14lbs in two weeks ahead of her appearance on Ultimate Big Brother in 2010.
At the time she said it changed her attitude to life but it had been the hardest two weeks of her life.
6. Jamie Lomas
The Hollyoaks villian lost 14lbs when he attended the camp for a week in 2013 after he piled on the pounds on a trip to Cyprus with his then wife Kim Marsh.
The actor, who also played Jake Stone in Eastenders, was inspired to take up cage fighting after doing some pad work whilst at the fitness retreat.
7. Binky Felstead
Alexandra 'Binky' Felstead from Made in Chelsea was made up when she shed a stone in 2013. The 26-year-old reality star loved it so much she returned to the Ibiza No.1 Bootcamp in 2016 where she lost another 14lbs.

8. Natasha Hamilton
The former Atomic Kitten singer left feeling whole again after blood, sweat and tears left the Blood Brother star 5lbs lighter after enrolling at the camp.
She said: 'There was a nice shape to my legs, my tummy was flat and for the first time in five years I had a six-pack!'
But a spot at the camp doesn't come cheap with rooms ranging from £895 for a shared room with ensuite for four people to £1,650 for a deluxe double ensuite. A typical day begins at 06.00am and involves boxercise, circuit training, a countryside hike and team exercises before finally setting down to a gourmet dinner at 7.30pm.
