Police are appealing for witnesses after an outboard engine was stolen from a boat in Sutton Staithe.
The vessel was being stored on a trailer in a yard in Sutton off the A149 when it was targeted. Thieves stole the engine some time between 6pm on Wednesday, May 22 and 5.30pm on Wednesday, June 12.
PC Paul Bassham, from the Broads Beat team, is now appealing for witnesses or anyone with information to get in touch.
He said: 'In particular, we would like to hear from anyone who has seen a black Suzuki engine with silver and red writing at a boat jumble, advertised on website forums or internet auction sites.'
