It will be aired before the ITV series For the Love of Dogs, hosted by Paul O'Grady, tonight and on November 24.
Mr and Mrs Girling's daughter Emily, who lives in London, entered a short video of the five-month-old puppy's antics.
Miss Girling said: 'I can't believe that Daisy has been chosen to star in the new Pets at Home campaign.
'She is so pretty and really silly.
'We can't wait to see the clip and hope that the millions of people watching will enjoy it as much as we will.'
