Old Buckenham Country Park is set to host a series of free workouts with the aim of bringing the community together.
Every Wednesday evening from tonight (April 24), two free HIIT workouts will be hosted by qualified personal trainers.
They will begin at 6pm and 7pm and each session will include a guided stretch to help guests warm up or cool down.
Ben Devlin, the park's owner, said: "The way things are with rising costs we thought it would be nice to put these classes on.
"We hope people will come along for a nice workout to a bit of music - but we also hope they'll take the chance to socialise and meet new people.

"There might be some people who have said hello while out walking the dogs but this could be a chance for them to properly get to know each other.
"We have a huge goal of attracting 100 people and we've had a lot of interest so far."
The classes are suitable for people of all levels of fitness and people are asked to wear suitable footwear and bring a water bottle.
The sessions will run alongside the existing Wednesday bike rides which start at 6pm.
