A cheesemonger known for its tasting events is expanding into hosting a wider variety of cheese-based experiences.

Cheese and Bees in Walpole St Andrew was taken over by Peter Pooley and his family in June after the former owners decided to close.

The family pride themselves on being "a full traditional cheesemonger with an old-fashioned approach to customer service" and hosted their first open cheese-tasting day in November.

The firm’s produce is being showcased at new events such as cheese and charcuterie experiences at the Brothers Arms in Walpole St Andrew every other Friday from May 10.
