Woman charged after dog killed on Great Yarmouth seafront

A woman has been charged with failure to control her dog after it attacked and killed another dog on Great Yarmouth seafront.

At around 3pm yesterday, a Staffordshire Bull Terrier attacked and killed a smaller terrier on Marine Parade.

Janette Wise, 52 of Victoria Road, was arrested at the scene and is due to appear in Great Yarmouth Magistrates' Court on Monday, December 19 after being charged in relation to the incident. She is currently on police bail.

The Staffordshire Bull Terrier was seized and will remain in the care of Norfolk Police until the court date.
