Music lovers will be able to enjoy a series of fundraising classical concerts for an children's arts festival and church.

The free live events will be at the Church of St Andrew the Apostle in Holt in aid of the church's development fund and the Festival of arts and literature for children of Norfolk, known as FALCON.

Over the past three years FALCON has taken creative writing and other workshops to 30 schools and 10 libraries in north Norfolk. It has also worked with local artists.

The first concert will be on Saturday February 7 at 6.30pm and audience members will be able to donate money for the two causes.

It will star pianist Daria Bitsiuk and violinist Dorin Tuca who will perform pieces by Mozart and Beethoven.

Dorin, who studied at the Purcell School in London, has performed across the world and many British venues, including the Royal Albert Hall.

Ukranian-born Daria studied at the Royal Northern College of Music in Manchester.

In 2009 she played Beethoven's piano concerto no. 3 as a soloist with Kiev's Ukrainian National Philharmonic Orchestra.
