Up-and-coming indie band The Hours was today confirmed as a support act for one of this summer's sold out Thetford Forest concerts.
The two-piece act has joined Scottish band Travis for the Forestry Commission's Forest Tour 2007, which will play at High Lodge, near Thetford on Friday, June 8.
The Hours released their debut album Narcissus Road to critical acclaim in February this year and features the singles Love You More and Back When You Were Good.
The band was formed by ex-Pulp guitarist Antony Glenn and former Black Grape keyboard player Martin Slattery and recently headlined their own UK tour. They will support Travis during four forest gigs across the country in June.
Thetford Forest tickets for James Morrison on June 7, The Feeling on July 12, and Blondie on July 14 have also sold out, with tickets for Van Morrison on June 9 and M People on July 13 still available.
Bookings can be made through 01842 814612 or online at www.forestry.gov.uk/music.
