The Spirit of the Horse production A New Dawn - Europe's largest equestrian touring theatre show - is at the Norfolk Showground, near Norwich, from Thursday October 27 to Sunday October 30.

More than 30 horses are featured.

Choreographed to a musical score, the show highlights the majesty and beauty of the animals, together with the bond they share with their human riders.

New for this year, the Golden Age of the Horse features the Spirit of the Horse Dance Company and a talented troupe of physical theatre artistes.

They turn the clock back to a time when horses were an essential part of a life that moved at a different pace and in a different style.

A Spanish scene will also capture the romance, colour, rhythm and excitement of a Spanish fiesta and features the dashing horsemen of the Real Escuela del arte Ecuestra, led by Antonio Perez on their magnificent pure Spanish horses as well as Spain's internationally acclaimed folklore artiste Noelia Argon.

And appearing for a second season with the company is the remarkable Jana Shanikova with her style of equestrian gymnastics.

When the show finishes at the showground, the 2000 seat touring theatre travels to Bath, Hereford and Brentford.
