The word strut means 'to flaunt and to stand stiffly upright.'

Self professed Lords of Strut have certainly mastered their art. When it comes to flaunting they are naturals, and I have never seen anyone stand more stiffly whilst dancing at the same time.

This hilarious pair are keen to show off just about any talent, however obscure it might be. Fun tricks on display include classic variety act specials like turning a ladder into stilts or contortionism with hoops, but these traditional routines are given equal weight with rarely seen silliness such as sticking a spoon up your nose.

Part tumbling, part comedy TED talk, this uplifting show at the Adnams Spiegeltent aims to motivate all present to dance joyfully in their seats, and we did. A Norfolk & Norwich Festival hit - the perfect start to a day of fun in Chapelfield Gardens.
