The man who put the fictional Radio Norwich on the map is on his way to the city to perform Alan Partridge and Other Less Successful Characters when his alter-ego, comedy actor Steve Coogan, plays the Theatre Royal in Norwich for three nights from Monday.
Partridge, the socially inept broadcaster and Coogan's most famous comic creation, appears along with Tommy Saxondale, the former roadie with an anger management problem, the lager-swilling, student-hating Paul Calf and his bouffant-haired sister Pauline and one of his newest creations - the camp Mancunian emo who has changed his name by deed poll to Keanu Reeves.
There are limited opportunities to snap up a seat: keep checking for returns (you'll have to pay at time of booking) and there will be a waiting list an hour before curtain-up on each evening offering any returns on a first-come, first-served basis.
