The band, whose ninth album Beautiful Future debuted in the UK top 10 this week, will be at the UEA on Sunday November 30 and Cambridge on Friday December 5.
NME editor Conor McNicholas said: “The NME Rock'n' Roll Riot Tour has found a killer headliner with Primal Scream. Their classic-laden back catalogue encompasses everything from dancefloor euphoria and Rolling Stones raunch to electronic punk."
Primal Scream singer Bobby Gillespie said: “Right now we're playing better than ever, we're having a great time, we're having a ball. When people come to the show they're really gonna get their money's worth.”
