Over six wonderful nights, more than 500 people were entertained by Red Loft Theatre Company's troupe of very talented artistes, singers and dancers including celebrated, local soprano Zaira Palumbo and Thursford Spectacular regular, Eddie Bushell.

'Musical Showstoppers' brought the delights of Broadway and West End shows with superb song and dance performances ranging from Cabaret to Sweeney Todd to Joseph.

In contrast, it was the audience dancing in the aisles during the '40s Show' nights and waving their Union Jacks as they sang the classic songs from that era.

The show helped raise £2000 for the hall, which is a registered charity, and installation of a new kitchen to ensure the show will go on.
