Over 100 in North Walsham’s Footnotes’ dance spectacular at Britannia Theatre, Yarmouth

More than 100 dancers, aged three to 70, will be hoofing it in the Britannia Theatre on Yarmouth pier next month as part of a spectacular staged by the North Walsham-based Footnotes School of Theatre Dance.

Dance styles featured in This Stage of Life on July 10 will include ballet, tap, freestyle, gymnastics, modern jazz, contemporary and cheer-leading.

And there will be music from TV, film and musicals ranging from Twilight and Strictly Come Dancing to We Will Rock You.

Footnotes is run by Michelle Marett and has been running for more than 16 years. It moved into North Walsham's St Nicholas Court precinct five years ago. Ms Marett is helped by several teachers who started their dancing careers as her students. For more information ring 01263 768915.
