If you fancy a trip to the cinema then Flight (15) staring Denzel Washington is the film to watch. Flight is a provocative drama following Captain Whip (Washington) as he attempts to dodge the repercussions of his reckless actions. A routine flight becomes a nightmare when the aeroplane suddenly loses altitudes, hurtling towards the ground. Whip is forced to perform a daredevil manoeuvre to halt the descent before crash landing. A investigation is then launched by the safety board, threatening to expose Whip's problems. The film deals with a mix of exciting action scenes, and emotional moments, keeping you gripped for the entire film.

For a comedic look on life, comedian Lucy Porter returns to the Norwich Playhouse on Saturday at 8pm. Her latest show takes a funny look at some big subjects including happiness, shopping, friendship, and of course the psychological impact of daytime TVs Dom Littlewood. Fans of classical music will love The Academy of Ancient Music performance of Bach's four Orchestral suites at The Apex venue in Bury St Edmunds on Sunday at 7:30pm.
