The “Old Buck Airshow” is back on Sunday at the former second world war USAAF airbase at Old Buckenham Airfield for a feast of nostalgia and family fun, with the afternoon taken up with flying displays.

The “Old Buck Airshow” is back on Sunday at the former second world war USAAF airbase at Old Buckenham Airfield (NR17 1PU) for a feast of nostalgia and family fun, with the afternoon (2-5pm-ish) taken up with flying displays.

o mark the 90th anniversary of the RAF, the stars of the show is a flypast by the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight, but there will also be and aerobatic gliding display and the likes of Supermarine Seafire, Boeing Stearman, Saab Safir and a North American Mustang. Helicopter and balloon flights are planned, plus classic military vehicles and motorbikes, bar and hot food.

All flying schedules are, of course, subject to the usual weather and other factors.

This year's event will support East Anglia's Children's Hospices (EACH).
