Sunday is the night! That's when the EDP's Next Big Thing competition reaches its climax with a live gig at the UEA Students' Union.
For just £3 you can see eight of the most promising acts on the local scene.
Up for the grabs for the lucky winner will be a great package of prizes, thanks to our media partners the Academy of Sound and Roland. They will win either a BR-1600 CD 16-track digital recording studio, or a TD-6KV V-Drums V-Tour series percussion kit, plus studio time, plus a guaranteed support slot to a “name” band at the UEA or Waterfront.
Sunday's line-up (who will not necessarily be appearing in this order) are Abyss, Geoff Chapa, DJ Oska, Elis, Aleah Morrison, Will Overton, the Pistolas and Turnstone.
Doors open at 5.30pm, with the first act on at 6pm. Don't be late!
You can hear one of the contenders – Abyss – talking about their music, their involvement in Next Big Thing and playing live on Ross Patzelt's 10am-noon show on Future Radio 105.1FM (Norwich area) this Saturday.
Tickets for Sunday's gig are available in advance from Prospect House, Rouen Road, Norwich until noon on Saturday – or on the night at the gig. And don't forget to claim your free promo CD featuring all eight finalists.
