And the Oscar goes to? Your predictions are in — and if you're right La La Land is in for a good night
As the 89th Academy Awards ceremony takes place on Sunday night, La La Land could be set to score big with 36% of readers who had their say in our online poll forecasting it will scoop Best Picture. You also think the film's leading actress Emma Stone and director Damien Chazelle will carry off a statue; Ryan Gosling, however, you think will miss out in the Best Actor race to Casey Affleck for his performance in Manchester By the Sea. Moonlight was given a strong showing too, getting a respectable 19% of the vote for Best Picture and with Mahershala Ali tipped for Best Supporting Actor.
