This timeless and charming comic opera has been updated to the 1920s and set in the beautiful village of Portmeirion in North Wales.
Full of colourful characters this frothy tale of romance (here performed in English) has delighted audiences throughout the world.
The score is full of memorable tunes including Una furtiva lagrima, a favourite of tenors from Caruso to Gigli and the aria that catapulted Pavarotti to worldwide success and fame.
