The Great British Chefs have provided three fantastic recipes to celebrate the egg. The recipes they have provided are Galton Blackiston's Scotch eggs with bois boudran dipping sauce, Mark Jordan's Fillet of cod with poached hen's egg, crushed Jersey Royals and chive butter sauce, and Marcus Wareing's Custard tart.
