Norfolk's Damien Barber was influenced by the county's greats such as Peter Bellamy and Walter Pardon. He leads the group the Demon Barbers, regarded as one of the most exciting on the folk circuit, as evidenced by their success in winning best live act at this year's BBC Radio 2 Folk Awards.
Mike Wilson has the rich tradition of the North East as his background.
