A popular East Anglian street food group have organised a fun, festive and free event in the fine city that will feature winter treats for the whole family to enjoy.

Street food fanatics, Feast on the Street will be hosting a special event in Norwich this Christmas, in conjunction with Slow Food Anglia and Norfolk Food and Drink, to thank local residents for their support over the years.

Taking place at the Shoe Factory Social Club on Oak Street in Norwich, The Christmas Feast will be held on Saturday, December 10 between 5pm and 11pm and will feature a range of traders, such as Natural Born Grillers, Fitzroys Street Food and Dogzillas, as well as the Nag's Head bar, music and an ugly Christmas jumper competition.

Feast on the Street director, Kellie Brown, said: 'We've had lots of loyal followers supporting us since we started so we wanted to organise an event for them in order to show how much we appreciate all they do and to apologise for being a little quiet for a while.

'The Christmas feast is being held in a fantastic space and lots of our regular hot food traders will be attending, with music later on in the evening and a Christmas jumper competition that is bound to be a bit of a giggle. It'll be a great party and we really hope to see everyone there.'
