Eight of the GoGoHares leveret sculptures will be making an early appearance at a pop-up trail at Pensthorpe Natural Park this Saturday.
Pensthorpe Natural Park is the sponsor of the GoGoCreate programme which has seen schools and community groups decorate more than 160 leverets which will form one of the three GoGoHares trails being brought to Norwich and Norfolk this summer by children's charity Break and Wild in Art.
On Saturday eight of the leverets will be dotted around Pensthorpe's Moonwater Lake for visitors to find. They will be part of the activities taking place for Pensthorpe's annual Wild About The Wensum community event which is organised by the Pensthorpe Conservation Trust and is this year putting the spotlight on the plight of the Hare in the English landscape.
Tickets for Wild About The Wensum on Saturday cost £2 per person if booked in advance online and £3 per person on the day. Under threes are free. For more information, visit www.pensthorpe.com
