NRONE Night at Norwich Arts Centre on Saturday (8pm) features a headline appearance from The Brownies with support from Bearsuit, Uh Ohs and Glory Glory.

It's a double whammy for The Brownies who will be launching their single Cougar (out on May 4) and album Ourknife Yourback (out on June 22) on the same night.

Bearsuit are fresh back from the States where they have been performing at the world-famous SXSW festival in Austen, Texas. The six-piece deliver everything from cinematic waltzes to catchy electro disco and hard punk screaming riot grrrl noise. A mix of Belle and Sebastian, Huggy Bear and Sonic Youth, with electronic twists and turns and screamy art punk.

Uh Oh's deadly mix of dirty riffs, sleazy post-punk urgency and sexy pop is making real waves on the live circuit.

New boy/girl outfit Glory Glory are brand new to the scene and already being talked about in volumes. Hatched at the highly-successful Access To Music here in Norwich it's your chance to enjoy the new White Stripes of the region.

There will be chocolate brownies for early arrivals, so come along to celebrate The Brownies' launch and Bearsuit's homecoming.
