One of the most stunning nature sights on the Suffolk coast is running at the RSPB's Minsmere nature reserve, near Westleton.
The annual deer rut, when the reserve's red deer battle for supremacy and the right to mate with their harem of females, gives the chance to see (and hear) magnificent stags from one of the country's largest herds.
The RSPB has set up a special information point with telescopes and binoculars - open from 3pm to dusk - on Westleton Heath to give you the chance to see this amazing sight.
The Rutting Red Deer event runs Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays until October 19, then daily from October 25 to November 2.
