On April 28 1972, David Bowie released one of his most famous singles, Starman.

Now, 45 years later, fans will be able to hear him once again as band The Prettiest Starman come to Norwich.

Performing at the Norwich Arts Centre, the four piece band from Colchester formed after the death of Bowie in January 2016. As well as playing his hits the band create a visual performance by showing large images and films of Bowie around the venue.

Lead singer Anton Pace said: 'We are absolutely delighted to be playing Norwich Arts Centre on such a poignant night. I've got a feeling that as well as a great gig, it's also going to be very emotional indeed.'

Bowie only ever played in Norwich once in May 1973 at the Theatre Royal.

The Prettiest Starman play Norwich Arts Centre on Friday April 28. Tickets are available online or on 01603 660352.
