NRONE Records' Happy Christmas Tour 08 featuring gossip-rock girl band Violet Violet, The Brownies and UH OHs comes to Norwich Arts Centre this Saturday (8pm).
Violet Violet deliver tasty, barbed musical morsels snatched from the fingers, mouths and hearts of PJ Harvey, Sleater Kinney and Huggy Bear, heavily seasoned with Violet Violet's own arty brand of vibrant wit and wisdom.
Oozing angst and buzzing energy, The Brownies have just finished recording their debut album with Andy Gill (Gang of Four) and Jon Grey (The Subways). The album is due for release in April.
Uh Ohs were once part of 2005's inaugural Next Big Thing winners The Pistolas.
Tickets £5adv/£6door.
