Frankie Dettori steered home Frankel colt Without Parole to a facile victory at Great Yarmouth's opening meeting of a 23-fixture season.
The John Gosden trained three-year-old, having his second start after winning at Newcastle four months ago, demolished his 10 rivals to score, returned the 4/9 favourite.
'He's very decent although still a little immature. This was part of his education. No complaints at all,' said Dettori.
Without Parole won Division Two of the mile novice stakes by six lengths, after Corrosive brushed off the rust from a six-month absence to win Division One under Josephine Gordon for Hugo Palmer.
A winner at Kempton last year, Corrosive got the better of Gosden's Stylehunter in a tight finish, to score at 11/4, but his winning time was two seconds slower than Winning Parole.
William Haggas had a smart winner in the opener when debutant Carrie's Vision took the five-furlong fillies' stakes under James Doyle at 9/4, the filly holding on to win by a neck.
'She was a bit green but started well, got a lead and was brave enough to go through the gap. She's a nice filly,' said Maureen Haggas, wife of trainer William.
Doyle went on to complete a double with a cool ride on Mordin in the day's feature over 10 furlongs.
Unbeaten in two starts, Doyle had the Simon Crisford trained favourite covered up in midfield before producing the gelding to sweep past his rivals to score at 13/8.
Jamie Spencer, leading jockey at the course last season, got off the mark when driving home the Michael Bell trained Immortal Romance in the 10-furlong handicap, the 14/1 winner producing late on.
Trainer Karl Burke took the six-furlong handicap at the meeting last year and repeated that feat when Clifford Lee got Enzo's Lad home at 7/1.
Luna Magic bounced back to form to land the mile handicap under an enterprising ride by Jack Mitchell for trainer Lydia Pearce, returned at 9/1. Mitchell deputised for champion jockey Silvestre De Sousa in the finale and landed the spoils on 5/2 favourite Who Told Jo Jo for trainer Joe Tuite, completing a 37/1 double in the process.
