Wroxham boss Pawel Guziejko has assured fans his side will not underestimate Ware when they travel to the Ryman North's bottom side tonight.

The Hertfordshire outfit are currently eight points from safety in the North Division, with just three wins to their name all season.

But Guziejko has said while his side will be looking to carry on their recent good form, they will not be taking their opponents lightly.

'I am not looking at the fact they are bottom of the table,' he said. 'We go there looking to keep our recent momentum going but there is no way that me or my players will be underestimating them.'

'If you take opponents lightly then you can easily end up losing the game, so we will be fully prepared in a professional manner to go there and get the three points.'

The Yachtsmen face three away games in five games over the coming weekend, a curious case of scheduling considering they have played the most games of any team in the league thus far.

And the Polish manager has questioned the league's decision to agree to such a compact run of games.

'I am not happy with it. We agreed to have the Ware game moved to Thursday, giving us two games in the space of three days, which obviously wasn't ideal, but we knew we could handle that.'

'But now we have to play Sudbury on Monday – which we appealed against – as we felt it wasn't right. The Ryman League have to look at the welfare of the players; it is semi-pro football and players have jobs and families. But we have to accept it and try our best.'

Wroxham welcome back experienced midfielder Daniel Self following his three-game ban, while goalkeeper Robert Juhasz also returns and Ben Price is expected to make the trip after missing the last two games through injury.

Elsewhere in the league, Norfolk rivals Dereham Town's play-off hopes suffered a setback this week. The Magpies, sixth, lost 2-0 at AFC Sudbury on Tuesday night.

Boss Matt Henman said: 'Like the majority of matches, Sudbury was a game that was won and lost in the both penalty areas. We dominated the first half, but made two mistakes in our penalty area which completely changed the balance of play.

'We are disappointed with the way we conceded the first and that we didn't clear the second cross from the corner, as you never want to concede cheaply from a set-piece.'
