Narborough Trout Lakes (01760 338005) Fishing well with Willow Lake starting to produce bigger fish.

Mark and Joe Blackaby took four specimen fish last week. Small flies seem to account for most fish taken.

• South Elmham Trout Fishery (07500 703389) Most are taking their limit bags. Fish still seen rising taking insects off the surface. A good number of specimen fish caught and released over the past week. Fish can be taken anywhere from the lake, mid water to surface.

• Blackdyke Trout Fishery (07525 730447) Last week's best were damsels, daddies, sedges and cats whiskers, fished on floating lines and longish leaders – still up in the water and close to the bank. Toby Rudkin took a rainbow that tipped 3lb 8oz. There will be a fly tying session on Wednesday (7-9pm). Contact Paul Speed.

• Rockland Mere (07900 004953) Wet and windy conditions meant those braving them were rewarded. Big and bushy dry flies – hoppers, muddlers and snatchers in all colours – all took fish. With a chop on the water an erratic retrieve has seen exciting takes with the original resident brown trout coming out at over 5lb. Tim Cooper from Norwich took seven rainbows and two browns on a fiery brown hopper fished on a floating line from the lodge end. The rod average this week was 3.8.
