West Norfolk started 2013 with a bang as they won for the first time in four matches.
Nigel Richardson's men came from 10-0 down at the break to secure a vital victory following three defeats on the bounce. Charlie Moore crashed over twice and one of his tries was converted by Nick Bull to secure Wests' triumph.
Richardson said: 'It was a close game. We were losing but scored our first try on 60 minutes and scored a late winner with two minutes left.
'Both were great runs on the break. It was good to get back to winning ways.'
