Unlimited success is goal for Cox
Swaffham's Davey Cox will be defending his Unlimited Banger East Anglian Title this Saturday (6.30pm) at King's Lynn's Norfolk Arena. More than 70 bangers are booked to race and visiting drivers include Cumbria's Matty Threlkeld, Buddy James (Somerset) and a large contingent of Brighton Bears led by captain "Nutty" Nigel Riley.

More than 70 bangers are booked to race and visiting drivers include Cumbria's Matty Threlkeld, Buddy James (Somerset) and a large contingent of Brighton Bears led by captain "Nutty" Nigel Riley.
Along with Davey, local drivers who will be gunning for top honours include Annette Nicholls, Calvyn Girling (both Norwich), Michael Allard (Yarmouth), Rob Aldridge and Darren Fendley (both Lynn).
Also in action are the 2L stock cars and 1300 stock cars. A great display at the opening 2L stock car meeting sees Nigel Parker (Norwich) currently lead the way in the 2L stock car points from Shane Brown (Taunton) and David Aldous (Diss).

Defending champion Craig Barnett (Dereham) - who is going for an incredible nine titles in 10 years - will be hoping for more luck than he endured at the opener when a big crash in the first race saw him leave with plenty of damage but no points.
