The University of East Anglia Sportpark is preparing to welcome more than 1,000 competitors from around the globe to take part in the European championship of Kuk Sool Won on Friday and Saturday.
Kuk Sool Won is a Korean martial art founded by In Hyuk Suh in 1961 which uses all traditional forms of Korean fighting techniques through history.
Amongst the many visitors will be founder Grand Master In Hyuk Suh and his two sons Master Sung Jin Suh and Master Alex Suh. Grand Master In Hyuk Suh can trace his martial art lineage through 16 generations and his grandfather was a General in the Korean Royal Court.
As well as the European championship it will also be the celebration of the Kuk Sool Won Diamond Anniversary.
The martial art focuses on the development of people, improving their confidence, concentration and supporting a healthy body, mind and spirit.
