Dereham Town will be looking to strengthen their push for a play-off place this evening when they welcome Barkingside, writes Ed Colman.
The Magpies moved to within one point of the Ryman North top five following their 4-2 victory over Heybridge Swifts on Saturday. The result was Dereham's third consecutive victory in all competitions and Magpies' boss Matt Henman is calling on his side to make their home games count as they near the business end of the season.
Henman said: 'It's always nice to have a lot of home fixtures coming up, as it allows you to build momentum and create a winning mentality which is important when you have so many games in a short space of time.
'We have performed really well over the last few games and it's good to be going into matches with a near enough fully-fit squad, which gives us options to play different shapes and styles.'
Henman's side will be without Daniel Morphew tonight but will have Craig Bussens, Olly Willis and Sam Borrer all available again after they missed the weekend win.
