Star striker Mat Blake was the hero for Thurlow Nunn Premier Division leaders Norwich United against Norfolk rivals Fakenham Town.
The Ghosts arrived at Plantation Park in good form having hauled themselves off the foot of the table with two successive wins and held the reigning champions at 0-0 through to half-time.
Blake's header midway through the second half snatched the points though, to move eight points clear at the top, with his 19th of the season.
