Thetford and Gorleston were forced to share the Premier League spoils at Mundford Road.

It was Thetford who took the lead, on 26 minutes, when Max Melanson fired home from 25 yards. But 11 minutes later it was all square as David Shade hit the back of the net for the visitors.

Four minutes after half-time Thetford took the lead for the second time, from the penalty spot, with Melanson getting his second goal of the game. But Gorleston refused to lie down and on 54 minutes it was all square again, when Mitch McKay earned the Greens a point.

In the other matches, Brantham Athletic beat neighbours Hadleigh United 2-1, while Haverhill Rovers drew 1-1 at home to Coggeshall Town.

Great Yarmouth Town are in action on Wednesday night when they travel to Walsham-le-Willows. The Bloaters are 19th in the table while their hosts are 14th. Bottom side Wivenhoe face runaway leaders Felixstowe & Walton United.
