Thetford Dolphins Swimming Club held the first round of its mini gala and a fantastic turnout saw many young Dolphins swimming in their first competitive gala.
Grace McGill set a new club record for the girls' 17 years and over 50m back, while the leading swimmers after the first round with seven points were Ethan Parker, Filipe Morinho, Lucas Measures, Jasmine Ewing and Tabitha Payne.
The Whites are leading team with 88 points followed by the Reds on 83 points. Paige Mclellan, Jack Smith, Matthew Jobbins, Eleanor Harvey, Taylor Dugan, Sarah Fleet, Charlie Mclellon, Dylan Harvey, Sam Rush and Sienna Smith all achieved personal bests.
Three Dolphins entered the Great Yarmouth Winter Wipe Out Open at the UEA where Francesca Long set a new club record for the girls' 12 years 200m back. There were personal bests for Amalee Neill-Gourlay and her sister Charis, who managed three.
