Thetford kept their chances of promotion to Eastern Counties One alive with a hard fought draw at home to Swaffham at Two Mile Bottom.
Captain Liam Burnell kicked the home side in front and went on to double the advantage with another penalty.
After giving away consecutive penalties, Thetford never recovered and Swaffham scored in the corner.
They scored again soon afterwards to lead 12-6 at half-time.
Tony Watson kicked a penalty for Thetford to reduce the deficit and Burnell's kick ensured a draw for the hosts.
