George Russell, the youngest winner of the prestigious McLaren Autosport BRDC Award, is settling in to life at his new team Carlin Racing.
Russell, 17, will be competing in the 2015 FIA Formula Three European Championship for the Surrey-based outfit and hopes to follow in the footsteps of the likes of Daniel Ricciardo who have graduated from that class in to Formula One.
The reigning BRDC Formula Four champ has already had his seat fitting as he looks to get off to a flying start in his first F3 race next month.
