Two Counties champions Sudbury can look forward to playing in the East Anglian Premier League when the sport returns next year.

A play-off final success over Godmanchester Town – who beat Norfolk Alliance Premier Division champions Fakenham in the semi-finals – secured promotion to the region's elite.

The hosts posted 296-9 before dismissing their opponents in 37.1 overs to wrap up a comprehensive 144-run triumph.
