Sprowston teams seek players
Sprowston Ladies, due to an influx of players and overwhelming improvement, have decided to try their hand at 11 a-side football next season.
They are looking to recruit a goalkeeper, to add strength and depth to a friendly but competitive squad.

Sprowston Ladies and Sprowston Girls, part of FA Charter Standard club Sprowston FC, have had a rewarding 2010/11 season and are looking forward to the new one.
The girls' section started up with one U10 team in 2008/9, but next season will have four teams in the Norfolk Women's and Girls' League - at U10. U11, U12 and U13 level.
Last season the U12 side was joint winner of their age group, the U11s were league and cup winners and the U10s were runners-up in the league and cup.
All teams are on the look-out for new players, to improve their teams, with pre-season training now starting.
