Five players from Norfolk clubs are set to start for Eastern Counties Under-17s against Middlesex on Sunday, with a further two on the bench.

Diss prop Xavier Valentine starts at tighthead, West Norfolk flanker John Nwaneri at blind-side, North Walsham's David Barclay at No8 and Holt's Titus Carroll at scrum-half and Callum Mackenzie at full-back.

Beccles' Callum Howes and West's Harry Mahoney are among the replacements for the game, which kicks-off at 2.30pm at Staines RFC.

New Thetford first-team coach Ben Scully is the U17s lead coach. Cambridge and Sudbury are the best represented clubs, both with four players in the squad.
