Settlement House enjoyed a week to remember in the Norwich Business Houses League. George Scott's side first won the KO Cup final by beating Costessey Crown 96-68 with the triple of G Spooner, T Want and P Long (32-12) taking the President's prize.

They then hit top form in the league, beating Anglian Windows 97-67 (V Scott, T Want, N Ward 27-11) before taking maximum points from a 104-50 win over Rackheath (B Woodcock, C Thrower, G Scott 31-7) and are well on course for the double. The Mitre moved up to fourth by beating Anglian Windows 80-65 (M Bennett, R Hawes, I Steward 37-5) and with games in hand will keep up the pressure. But third-placed ECOC slipped up, going down 88-70 at Hellesdon (R Bale, G Moore, B Vick 31-7).

In division two Sprowston Sports halted Trowse 's good run by beating them 74-68 (A Herring, J Shergold, P Smart 23-10) but then lost 84-16 to Jarrolds (B Wright, P Dormer, P Carter 29-14).
