Wroxham will be hoping for a helping hand from their Norfolk Ryman League rivals as they look to climb immediately back out of the relegation zone.

The Yachtsmen's miserable season continued on Saturday when they suffered a 2-1 defeat at Waltham Abbey to fall into the bottom three. The chance to end an 18-match winless run in the league arrives again this evening but it won't be easy for interim manager Chris Wigger – who has overseen three losses since stepping in to fill the void left by Stewart Larter – and his players. The odds are stacked against the strugglers as they visit second-placed Harlow. So they may need Dereham Town, 10th, to do them a favour so they don't fall even deeper into trouble.

Dereham travel to Abbey – who leapfrogged Wroxham in the table by virtue of goal difference on Saturday – aiming to build on Saturday's fine 4-2 home win over play-off chasing Tilbury.
