Pelicans' national final dream died against a ruthless St Albans outfit.
The visitors, many of whom play in the national league, raced into a 3-1 lead in Saturday's semi-final. Olympic bronze medalist from Barcelona 92 Kath Johnson's strike gave the King's Lynn side hope.
But Albans ran riot after the break to run in five more goals and end the Pelicans masters' hopes of reaching a first national final in the England Hockey Board Ladies' Masters (over-35s) Plate.
