Norfolk performer Myleene Klass helped visitors get into the Olympic spirit by playing the Chariots of Fire theme to Heathrow airport arrivals.
The TV presenter from Gorleston, who is also a classically-trained musician, played as passengers came through Terminal 5 yesterday.
Many overseas visitors of the 100,000-plus passengers who passed through were heading to London 2012.
Myleene played a special arrangement of the Vangelis tune which was written for the soundtrack to the Oscar-winning film about British sprinters preparing for, and competing in, the 1924 Olympics in Paris.
The Royal Academy of Music-trained performer said: 'It's the first time I've played in an airport and I'm sure it will create a lasting memory both for me and Heathrow's passengers as we all look forward to the start of the Games.'
