parkrun round-up: Carl White sets a new PB with fine run at Lowestoft

Run Anglia editor Mark Armstrong rounds up the parkrun events at Lowestoft, Thetford, Loch Neaton and Gorleston
Carl White set a new personal best as he led home the 461 parkrunners at Lowestoft on Saturday in 17:41.
Stanley Collins (Great Yarmouth & District AC) was second in 18:08 whilst Christopher Meadows (Lowestoft Road Runners) was third in 18:19.
Lauren Howe (Beccles & Bungay Harriers) also set a new PB of 19:48 as first female with youngster Memphis Symonds (City of Norwich AC) second in 20:26. Zoe Chase (Waveney Valley AC) was third in 21:44.

Ian Elden (Ipswich Jaffa RC) was first through the finishers' funnel at Thetford in 19:23.
Sam Evans set a new personal best of 19:29 in second place with Daniel Routledge third in 19:40.
Amber Calver (Kesgrave Kruisers) was first female after her debut event at Thetford in 21:24 with Elke Hausler (Newmarket Joggers) second in 21:44. Sabine Schaefer (Thetford AC) was third in 22:12.

Kevin Vaughan (Thetford AC) took the first finisher token at Loch Neaton with a new personal best time of 18:28.
Jack Noble (Bure Valley Harriers) was second in 18:48 in his first taste of the event with Matt Howard (Norwich Road Runners) third in 19:09 - a new PB.
Sam Ashford-Thomas was first female in 20:24, a new PB, whilst youngster Holly North was second in 22:37 and Billie-Jordan Butler (Huub Academy) was third in 24:10.

Anna Kirkham (Norwich Road Runners) set a new personal best of 20:06 as first female, as did Madeline Tatham in second in 21:29. Karen Archbold (Lowestoft Road Runners) was third in 21:34.
