Junior Black Dog Harry Allcock sets new personal record as Mark Armstrong rounds up the events at Gorleston, Lowestoft, Thetford and King's Lynn
Youngster Harry Allcock (Bungay Black Dog) set a new personal best as first finisher at Gorleston in 16:54.
Black Dog team-mate Nick Roper was just behind in 17:17, also a new PB, with Tyler Bilyard (Great Yarmouth & District AC) third in 17:49.
Colleen Mukuya (Great Yarmouth & District AC) was first female in 19:37, ahead of junior runner Amelia Webber (Beccles and Bungay Harriers) in 20:45. Allyna Mukuya, also a junior, was third female in 21:57.

Ipswich JAFFA member Robert Chenery was first through the finishers' funnel at Lowestoft, dipping under the 17-minute barrier in 16:49.
Sam Stevens (Ipswich Harriers) was second in 17:36 with Dylan Neeve (Rock Estate) third in 18:46.
Zoe Chase (Waveney Valley AC) was first female in 21:44 with Lowestoft Road Runner Katy Oldman second in 22:01. Jessica Hall (Waveney Valley AC) was third in 22:12.

Natalie King just beat the 21-minute mark in 20:57 as first female with Heidi Teixeira second in 22:04. Eike Hausler (Eastern Veterans AC) was third in 23:09.
