Lowestoft
Todd Davidson led the 327 parkrunners home at Lowestoft on Saturday.
Davidson was first through the finishers' funnel in 18:50 with Roi Martinez not far behind in second place (18:55). Tom Galley (Lowestoft Road Runners) was third in 19:17.
Tracy Prewer (Lowestoft Road Runners) was first female in 22:28 with youngster Kathryn Skazick in second (22:57). Amy Vallis was third in 23:26, celebrating her 50th event in the process.
Lee Gooderham (Lowestoft Road Runners) and Alison Flint (Redway Runners) also celebrated their 50th parkruns in 19:37 and 28:55 respectively.

King's Lynn
Fenland Running Club's Ryan Jones broke the 18-minute barrier as the first runner at King's Lynn.
Jones clocked in at 17:50, more than a minute ahead of his nearest rival, Andrew Black, who set a new personal best of 18:52. Stephen Harrington was third in 18:59.
Debbie Schwarz (West Norfolk AC) was first female in 20:56 ahead of Claudia Milburn (Fenland Running Club) in 21:41. Junior runner Lara Hindmarsh (Ryston Runners AC) was third in 23:10.
Anthony Savage (Ryston Runners AC) and Jane Greenwood (Fenland RC) clocked up their 100th events in 21:04 and 24:31 respectively.

Thetford
Matthew Thrower (Renegade Runners) set a new personal best of 18:10 as the first runner at Thetford.
Thetford AC's Kevin Vaughan was second in 18:31 ahead of an unknown runner in third.
Sabine Schaefer (Thetford AC) was first female in 20:53 ahead of Natalie King in 22:52. Lorrain Dawson (Great Yarmouth Road Runners) was third in 25:52.
Katherine Jones celebrated her 200th event in 27:56.

Gorleston
Robert Chenery (Ipswich Jaffa) led the 287 runners home at Gorleston on Saturday, breaking the 17-minute barrier in 16:58.
Dean Bain (Waveney Valley AC) was second in 17:31, notching a new personal best in the process, whilst Nick Roper (Bungay Black Dog RC) was third in 17:45.
Louise Bernasconi was first female in 21:32 (new PB) followed by Penny Studley (Great Yarmouth Road Runners) in second in 22:36. Angela Carson (Bellahouston Harriers) was third in 23:01.
Junior runner Jasmin Honour celebrated her 100th parkrun in 24:16 along with Lee Harvey (Great Yarmouth Road Runners), who clocked 33:27.

Tri-Anglia member David Asker was first at Swaffham in a time of 18:42.
David Thomson was just behind Asker in 19:10 whilst Dereham Runners AC member Ashley Gilbert was third in 19:19.
Kate Penn (Ryston Runners AC) was first female in 23:53 with Alison Wright second in 24:08. Lydia Holmes set a new PB of 25:55 to take third.
